•Use Suede Cleaner: For more stubborn stains, you can use a specialized suede cleaner. Always test it on a small, inconspicuous area before applying it to the whole shoe.
•Waterproof Spray: Apply a water- and stain-repellent spray specifically designed for suede. This creates a protective barrier against water and stains. Be sure to reapply it regularly, especially after cleaning.
•Avoid Water: Suede is porous and can be damaged by water. If your shoes do get wet, blot them gently with a clean towel and let them air dry naturally. Never dry suede with heat (like a hairdryer) as it can cause the material to shrink or become misshapen.
•Steaming: If your suede shoes have deep creases, you can lightly steam them over a pot of hot water to relax the fibers, then gently brush the surface to restore the texture. Be careful not to get the suede too wet.
