RETURN PROCEDURES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

– Return requests must be sent (Infomeraki.ge) within 48 hours of receipt.

– The item must be unused,unwashed, in its original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches.

– Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and procedures. For your own protection, we recommend to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. A valid tracking number is required for all return shipments.

– Once the brand receives your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with a $30 USD processing fee deducted from the total amount

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed after it has been received.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as above and indicate the exchange request.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send the new item.
(Note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items with 40% sale or more are non-returnable/exchangeable

(Returns are accepted for standard orders only; pre-orders and custom-made items are non-returnable)

– Return requests must be sent (Infomeraki.ge) within 24 hours of receipt.

– The item must be unused,unwashed, in its original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches.

– Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

– Courier costs are non-fundable.

– Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed after it has been received

2. Exchanges
  • Exchange requests must be sent (Infomeraki.ge) within 24 hours of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • We accept exchanges for variations in size, color, or a comparable item within the same product category.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability.
  • When we receive your return we will send the replacement to you.
  • Courier costs are non-fundable.

Please note, you can exchange only once per item.
